This policy explains what information Dealers Supply Company collects when you visit dealersupply.com or place an order with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Dealers Supply Company is operated by Dealers Supply USA LLC, 9195 N Cut Rd, Roscommon, MI 48653 (“we”, “us”).
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, your business or dealership name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details: the products you buy, quantities, custom imprint details, and your order history.
- Artwork, logos and layouts you send us for custom orders.
- Your account login, if you create an account.
- Anything you tell us through our contact form, live chat, email, phone or fax.
Payment information
Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Link and Amazon Pay). Your full card number goes directly to them; we do not see or store it. We keep a record of the payment with your order, such as the amount, the date and the type of card or payment method.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website we, and the services we use, automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site (for example a search engine or an ad), and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies; our Cookie Policy lists them.
How we use your information
- To process, produce, ship and invoice your orders, including preparing art proofs for custom orders.
- To run your account and keep your order history.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To send you information about our products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our business, with:
- Payment processors — Stripe (including Link) and Amazon Pay — to take payments and prevent fraud.
- Shipping carriers — UPS, and FedEx or the US Postal Service when requested — to deliver your orders.
- Suppliers that make, imprint or ship products for us, when your order needs it (for example your artwork and shipping address).
- Service providers that run our website and email: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (website delivery and security), SendGrid (order and account emails), Algolia (site search), and MyLiveChat (live chat).
- Google Analytics, which tells us how visitors use our website.
- FullThrottle (LaunchPad), an advertising partner. Its tag on our website collects information such as your IP address and device and browser details, and may use it to match your visit to a household so that we can reach you with relevant advertising, including by mail. Under some state privacy laws this may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for advertising. You can opt out at any time: FullThrottle opt-out and “Do Not Sell My Information”.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- A buyer or successor if our business, or part of it, is sold or transferred.

- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.
- Google Analytics: you can use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- LaunchPad advertising: use the FullThrottle opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of its use for targeted advertising. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request, respond within the time the law requires, and not treat you differently for making one.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, normally seven years. We keep artwork for custom orders for three years after your last order, so we can repeat it. We keep your account until you ask us to close it. Website statistics in Google Analytics are kept for no more than 14 months.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website and access controls on our systems. No website or system is completely secure, so please keep your account password private.
Children
Our website is for businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
